Do I need an account to pay?
No. Your purchase is tied to this browser and you get a recovery key to use it on another device. The receipt from Stripe also lets you manage or cancel.
How are minutes counted?
By the length of the file, rounded up to the next minute. If a job fails, the minutes come back automatically.
Which minutes are used first?
The minutes that expire soonest are used first — normally this month's free minutes, then Pro minutes, then packs, so packs last as long as possible.
Can I cancel Pro?
Yes, any time from My files → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 7 days of a payment you can get a full refund if you haven't used any of the minutes it bought — just email us. Failed jobs always return their minutes automatically.
What if a transcription goes wrong?
Failed jobs return their minutes automatically. For anything else, email us and a person will sort it out.
