Frequently asked questions
Can it tell who is speaking in an interview?
Yes. Turn on speaker labels before you start; each line is marked Speaker 1, Speaker 2 and so on, and you can rename them.
Is it free?
The first 120 minutes every month are free with no account. After that, packs start at $6 for 120 minutes.
How accurate is it with two people talking over each other?
Clear recordings come out close to word-perfect; crosstalk and heavy background noise lower accuracy. Click any line to check it against the audio.
Is my interview kept private?
Files are deleted as soon as the transcript is ready (7 days at the latest) and are never used to train AI.
